ISG Sweden is currently seeking, on behalf of our client BizCall ApS in Denmark, a part-time B2B Meeting Booker / Sales Development Representative. BizCall is increasingly working with Danish clients looking to expand into the Swedish market.

Do you have experience with meeting booking, telemarketing, or proactive B2B outreach? Do you enjoy using the phone as a work tool and like making contact and opening doors? Then this role might be for you.

In this role, you will work on booking meetings regarding modern solutions for workplaces and office environments. You will be in contact with Swedish companies and organizations, helping to create business opportunities through professional and trust-building dialogue via phone and email.

This is not a role where you start from scratch. You will take over ongoing work and gain access to established contact channels, relevant information, and a clear structure that makes it easier to get up to speed quickly. You will also be working with an established client in the Danish market that has already made significant progress in its Swedish expansion.

The position is for 20 hours per week and the work is fully remote, distributed flexibly by agreement within normal working hours.

About the role

You will, among other things, work with:

• outbound phone contact
• meeting booking for salespeople
• follow-up on leads
• email confirmations and ongoing contact
• working in Adversus, Outlook, and Gmail

We believe you

You have likely worked with meeting booking, telemarketing, inside sales, or other proactive contact. You feel comfortable on the phone, have a professional approach, and enjoy building trust in your dialogue with others. You likely also work in a structured manner and follow up to get things done.

It is an advantage if you also understand Danish, but it is not a requirement. In this role, you will also be in contact with colleagues in Denmark.
